Our interdisciplinary board includes experts in philanthropy, legal, economic, arts, and culture, among others areas. Through their long-achieving professional careers, all our members have served in leadership positions in diverse sectors, from which they have promoted understanding as a motto within their own teams and outside their organizations. Moreover, in their daily lives, all of them have shown a social commitment to mutual acceptance.
Our Community Advisory Council (CAB), an interdisciplinary group, plays a key role in guiding our mission and vision. It ensures that the voices of those we serve are the main focus of our work, including a balanced representation of genders to promote equity.
Their interdisciplinary perspectives are invaluable in helping us to identify the most pressing concerns affecting our community, optimize the implementation and relevance of our mission, combine diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences to overcome complex challenges, and improve the results of community civic education.
Their viewpoints will be invaluable in assisting us to:
- Identify the most pressing concerns affecting our community.
- Optimize the implementation and relevance of our mission.
- Combine diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences to overcome complex challenges.
- Improve the outcomes of community civic education.
One of the many lessons learned from our many interactions and experiences is the value of interdisciplinary teamwork. While conceiving our organization, our different perspectives created a unique energy where creativity flowed and continues to flow. In this context, every moment was an unexpected mix of legal concepts and culture, of the Rule of Law and the arts, the Culture of Lawfulness and the awareness that civic education is a path to improve our well-being and happiness. This approach guides us to work with an interdisciplinary team that implements our programs within the Cross-Cultural Community.
