Graciela Montgomery

Graciela is a board member, advisor, and former global Chief Human Resources Officer whose decades-long career spans media, consumer goods, agriculture, professional services, and technology. Throughout her leadership roles, she has focused on helping organizations—and the people within them—reach their full potential. She has led global teams, complex mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale organizational transformations for Fortune 500 public companies with revenues exceeding $160B, serving as a named SEC executive officer actively engaged in all facets of enterprise leadership and strategy.

Following her public company career, Graciela has focused her work on nonprofit impact. She currently leads the Bluedot Institute, where she advances programs that empower high school students to develop leadership, voice, and community engagement. Under her direction, Bluedot offers year-round writing and mentorship experiences that culminate in immersive leadership retreats centered on community-based solutions.

Graciela has lived and worked internationally, advised early-stage companies, and served on nonprofit boards spanning human rights, education, the performing arts, environmental conservation, and global women’s leadership.
