Carlos is a Lawyer. He graduated from the Anáhuac Mexico University, his professional journey, began at a notary office in Mexico City, where he acquired experience in legal and notarial matters.
Subsequently, he had the privilege of being part of the Senate of the Republic, where he contributed to the legislative process of the country, participating in the analysis of laws.
Later on, he ventured into the realm of transparency and data protection by joining the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI). At this institution, he had the opportunity to work on projects related to ensuring the protection of citizens' fundamental rights.
This journey has led him to understand the fundamental importance of the rights of all individuals, and how building bridges within society can ensure their empowerment, thereby fostering greater protection and defense of these fundamental rights.
